What's the history of Aveling Barford Southend Jack?

Southend jack was purchased from Southend hence the name I believe it was an ex Southend council roller but will get Kevin to confirm
She was driven back to,Wimbish in one day her top speed being little more than walking speed ,an epic journey .
Saw active commercial, use before sold into preservation
Returned after an absence of 30 ish years
Was purchased couple of years ago by K Swann
Barford and Perkins roller nicknamed by the yard folks " turf turf " so called because of its unique exhaust note ,purchased by Taylor's in commercial days ,but saw little if any use
Was rescued from neglect by the late Dr Teverson and is still owned by the family it is thought to be one of if not the oldest surviving motor rollers with its original engine and drive train intact
