Smile Looking for a rally Late May Bank holiday

Hey

I have a gap in my diary Late May Bank holiday 24th, 25th and 26th May.
Been doing Laughton Cuckoo Fayre for a few years but want a change.

South preferably but would consider travelling.

Thanks

Strumpshaw, I would recommend, excellent weekend with plenty of engines and other interesting things. Does public camping for the weekend as well

You will enjoy it, well worth the travelling.

I totally agree. We did Strumpshaw for the first time last year and thoroughly enjoyed it (anything that Paul Worbey is involved with is always worth the admission in my opinion).

Also, while in the area there's plenty of other interesting things to do. Not everyone's cup of tea, but Thursford, the Long Shop Museum at Leiston and (for what it's worth) the Burrell Museum at Thetford to name just three.

Stef.

Another option is the Lamport Festival of Country Life (25th and 26th) - not been before but hoping to get there this year with the engine.
