Default Saint Aubin Des Bois. Festivel Retro 16th Aughust.

If any of you are on holiday in France during this date and are near the Calvados Region in Lower Normandy then please come along to this cracking little one day show.

We are taking over 6 Steam Wagons and a Stanley Steam Car,Roading from Cherborg Port on Friday 14th Aughust to the Event in Saint Aubin des Bois (Approx 90 miles) stopping at afew towns and villages on the way through.

I take it there all getting low loaders back ? I did enjoy reading last time in VS about the journey with the engines last year i think, i bet the journey will be alot quicker this year with them all being waggons, and pretty quick ones at that. Have a good journey

Some are going on to another show, some are lowloading back and one is steaming back, hopefully the journey will be trouble free this time!! (fingers crossed!)

We shall also be there with our Fowler 4" scale A9 for the third year, but will not be steaming down from Cherbourg! Great event (if the weather is good) and we are made very welcome!
