Today looked the best forecast out of the three days and it turned out good. Really good to see the Aveling that was part of Thursford collection. Got their work cut out there...

We popped in on Friday, but had to leave fairly quickly due to 2 grumpy toddlers. I wish I had gone today as lots more engines present that I have not seen before.

Was there on Sat and Sun with my 'small' pile of crap...alongside Portable, living van and Wallis Roller. Cracking couple of days although could do without the sun burn this morning (I should have listened to 'Pride Of Somersets' warnings rather than laughing at them). Will certainly return next year with a bigger 'Pile of Crap'.

Met some nice people along the way as well.

Nice relaxing chilled out event by Ugly Harris and the team. Well done.
