You are looking for The Trumpet Hornpipe which was often played by Jimmy Shand, but its composer and country of origin are unknown. In the United States it is known as the Thunder Hornpipe.

all i have to do to now is translate it, as i cant read music normaly, and i play by ear, but for some reason havnt been able to pick this tune up lol

hehe, your the one who asked for it lol, any ways you will have to wait, havnt started yet, tooo bussy with hyrdolic tests, rebulding chaff cutter, meetings, and now only gone and brough another (but more modern) winoer machine (for a staggering £4.50 off ebay which requires resteration, also got steam tests to sort out on both horaces, and ollies engines, and a set of governers to put back together, not to metion i realy should cut the grass, mend the faceure boards on the east gable end and fix the back yard gate lol.

Captain Pugwash
The Captain Pugwash theme tune was composed by Tommy Edmundson late of Rothbury Northumberland . I believe the copywrite was sold to the BBC for a pitance but cannot be sure.
