Steam Tractor Front Wheels

2 no. 40" diameter 8 spoke wheels, 0.5" thick wear plates, 5"x 2.75" t-ring, 2 rivets per spoke, hubs 9.5" diameter x 7" wide with 2.375" bore, possibly Ruston & Hornsby,
