Default Carrington 2015

This years Carrington show was probably the smallest steam attended rally I have been to in recent years but enjoyable non the less.
It was nice to see the Thornycroft wagon for the first time positioned next to the Robey wagon .
Also there was a nice Ransomes tractor new to me as well as a hand full of portables on show , the Tuxfords looking smart along side each other .
The tractor section is excellent , not knowing much about tractors and associated equipment doesn't really spoil my enjoment of browsing the exhibits .
The cutaway Field Marshalls on show were really interesting

One or two from Monday

Dave

Well done Richard Hinch and David Healey for getting the RSJ tractor back in action. Great little engine!

My first visit to this event, also on Monday, and nice to see a few engines I'd not come across previously. The hour or so of sun early on was good, a shame it was overcast thereafter. I've never seen so many tractors in one place!
