I'm sorry to say that I've just been told the event has been postponed until later in the year.
Such a shame, as we'd worked flat out to get Excelsior finished in time

Steve, I am sorry to hear your news about the postponment of your rally. However, thanks for letting everyone know in good time. I have just had a look at the weather forecasts for next weekend as I was thinking of going to tavistock in the morning and driving ver to South Molton at lunch time. The advance forecast is not good and you do not want a repeat of the Devon County Show this weekend which was cancelled on the Saturday due to the apalling ground conditions following heavy rain.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE CLUB COMMITTEE

The rally will now be held on 6th and 7th September at the same location at Combsland Cross.
All exhibitors documentation (entries passes etc) will be valid for the new date, new exhibitors are welcome.
The draw relating to raffle tickets sold promoting the rally will be held at the Town Arms South Molton on Tuesday 10th June. All ticket stubs and monies must be returned to the promoter (01271 378019) byJune 6th. All winners will be notified."

Thanks Thomas. They've chosen a new date later in the year. I've not had chance yet to see if it clashes with anything else, I hope not at any rate! But the date was chosen without the chance for discussion.
