There has been some debate over whether this picture was taken in Brixham or at a location in Cornwall showing Hancock's Burrell 1740 "Cornishman" coming around the top bend (Same location as above)



There is also another picture of Hancocks Burrell 1980 "Her Majesty" coming around the bottom hairpin on the descent from Furzeham green

There is no doubt that the above photo is the part ot the hill that is called Ropewalk. The house to left is still there, the stone wall on the right is still there, and above the packing truck is the seaward end of Brixham Railway station.
