Default Working Day

I'm sorry there was no steam but what a great day. Threshing, ploughing, grinding, eating, chatting, walking, breathing, looking, laughing, enjoying.

Many thanks to Bryn for the invite and to the landowners for giving up their time, their cakes, their tractors, their hospitality.

Even the weather was kind.

Sitting in the middle of a field eating jacket potatoes and swapping tales with a bunch of rural enthusiast must be as close to utopia as one could aspire to.
