Default Bon Accord Rally, Castle Fraser 2015 (Lots of pictures!!)

First time I've managed to get up to Castle Fraser since 2007 due to varying reasons. Went up on the Saturday & had a brilliant day.
Was my daughters first introduction to road steam too at 4 months old, pity I didn't manage to get her on a footplate.

39 of the 41 engines listed attended, 12 of which I'd never seen before.

Highlight was seeing Semper Fidelis at last & introducing my daughter to her!

The wonderful 1/2 sized Black Prince

Now accompanied by the also wonderful 1/2 sized Dolphin

White steam car

Steven McDonald's roller

Lovely Foden trailer

Dolphin & baby Dolphin together

Thanks for sharing the photos, having never attended this show (never gone north of the border in fact) I really must try and get there next year. Looks like a cracking rally with exhibits well spaced and uncluttered. Nice half size 'Black Prince', how long until the full sized one reappears.....

This one is on my "to do" list as well. May be next year.

On the Saturday of the Steam Fair, we arranged the attending Sentinel Waggons in chronological order in the ring, here are a couple of photos, we think that this is the largest and most diverse gathering of Sentinel Waggons ever at a Steam Fair in Scotland.
