Grin Amberley miniature weekend 2017

Here are snaps I took at Amberley museum on the Sunday 17th Sep 2017
A great day out, lovely weather, good company, what more could you ask for.
These pictures are only lo-res, but feel free to grab the high res images form my Flickr page if your engine is shown here

Some great trolley ideas for me to play with over winter. I did spot one trailer with a puncture which is my my water trolley was swapped to PU tyres. They are a little firmer, but can handle 50 litres of water and the occasional adult.

Good pictures!

As one who has been dumped off the back of a front light miniature , I can see a definite advantage in a roller !

It's 6" Scale Burrell Gold Medal Tractor David. It's even more unusual as it's a convertible engine with the tractor parts from Edward George at Little Samson Models. I got the original drawings from MERL to make all the roller parts.

The roller scored a 10 out of 10 for me
AND it had x2 large gentlemen sitting on the rear with no sign of front lift
even the light grey was correct

must weight a ton, or near to it

Hi Andy, she looks beautiful!
Are you coming to the GDSF this year? And if so are you bringing the tractor parts?
I’ll be there with the crane!

Hi George,

That's the current plan. We probably need a conversation before August.
