Default Tom Barlow Road Run 2014

It's not really a Road Run. Everyone parks up and gathers at one pub for an hour or so around noon, then trundle off to the next pub 2 miles down the road then off to the last pub a similar distance away. However, it is a very welcome break from the turkey and tinsel and where folks stand around warming themselves by the engines, drink double-chilled dark beer and chat about this and that. Oh, and there is an informal bob hat competition with no judging nor prizes.

A great day out . . .

I think Phil Moston wins the hat competition.

I'm not sure, technically, that it can be classed as a 'Bob Hat'. I'll have to consult the rule book.
