Don't you know ?? Smelly Old Dirty Engine Metal. It's the lot of em, why people bother I'll never know. Lot to be said for a Citroen 2CV.

Davy the gist of the run is that there is a travelling scrappie who visits and brings some weighing scales and its a chance to see what you can get for your engine. He used to bring the cutting gear but a one legged midget on a unicycle used to grumble that the detritus left by the cutting up kept causing punctures so now its just a pocket weighbridge, a donkey and some sacks to carry the metal away. A bit like 'cash for gold' really.

Normally some do quite well and has been known for some engine owners to go away with an amount in double figures. !!!
