Default Tractionfest

Yes hope it is good weather. Not looking promising.
I am in the Inverness area. Do you know any full size engines in the area that at some point might need a helper.
I am building a 4" Burrell Scenic Showman from STW. Or as some would say bolting together.

Update. I will be there with my 4" Burrell Scenic as a static in the Tent on the platform.

The forecast isn't the best looking thats for sure. I'm not sure of any full size engines up around inverness, I think the closest to you would be in the elgin area. That'll be an impressive engine once its finished, look forward to seeing it. Hmmm i'd say bolting together would still be building in my book!!

Default Much Much water but mainly as Steam!

Hi All

Well the Scottish weather was it's usual. Nice warm 2 days with only a couple of 5 minute showers each day. Plenty of punters and a good selection of steam items running and on display. Will get some pictures up once I get home from work.
