Hi all
I am just wondering about Burseldon Brickworks. on their website it says that an 'Easter Special' Event will take place Sunday 6th April I was wondering weather any steam will be out ?

Not sure, Dan looks on here occasionally & would probably know. According to website 1st steaming is "Sun 27th April - Gala Day
Victorian Steam Up Day
The Traction Engines will be coming out of their winter slumber. Boilers newly tested and in steam again for the first time this year. Always a splendid sight."
Thats not to say nothing will be in steam on the 6th but would probably be down to individuals.

The Event on the 6th is the launch event of the new building work paid for by the lottery fund, I beleive that there will be some static steam displayed in the yard, but not necessarily in steam. There is another openday on the 27th of april at the Brickworks at which the engines will be in steam.
