£5 a night, says £15 on the we site, either you forgot to press the 1 or you are trying to put them out of business! Come on Roy dip your hand in your pocket and support the event with cash as well as your smile!

Seeing as how the regular team has gone to Bedford, I might try and twist Dad's arm and bring Big Red if the weather is nice. It doesn't come out these day's if there is a chance of rain.

Don't know which web site you are looking at Lacey. The proper one says:-
Prices

Touring caravan on hardstanding pitch, to include 2 adults and 2 children, satellite TV, electric, water and awning - £25 per night.

Extra adults £5 per person per night.

Camping from £5 per person per night. Electric also available at extra cost for tents/trailer tents.

I can only quote what I read.
By the way, we do support the event. Every photo and video we do over the weekend is given to v8-spider for his own use. Last year he got about 16Gb of photos & videos. He does such a good job that he does not have time to photograph himself.

Crikey Roy, that is way way better than mates rates.
Now I know why V8Spider is so poor.
Me and Mrs BJ normally do any charity donations to Help for Heroes and Macmillan Homes, it looks like this year I need to add the Evans family to the list.

Now quite seriously Roy.....
Alistair has moved my engine, and I will be doing, as I have done in the past, asking for his nominated charity and bunging them a few quid. i think you have received just as big a favour, how about Saturday afternoon we create a bit of PR for the fair and for charity if we both match each other with a decent public donation?.

I have had a free pram and you a free holiday
We can have a chat when we meet tomorrow or saturday morning.

Sure John. Why not. A cracking idea. Alistair has looked after us for 4 years. It is the least we can do.
I have a standing order for a quarterly donation to The British Legion, but I am sure there will be a bit left over from my pension.
See you in the yard Saturday Morning.

Too late for me, Doreen needs her beauty sleep. I will just drink and think of you all.

We have always paid, it's a small price for a great weekend or even for just a day visit. The first time we went the collectors were in the street and made it clear it was a voluntary contribution and so a lot of people weren't coughing up. Last year they were set up at the gate as you left the car park so it looked like an entrance charge.. I think that was a better way to catch people.

See you all tomorrow morning bright and early.
