Default GDSF - Thursday Pictures

A couple of snaps from yesterday:

...and finally, the view from my "bedroom" window before setting off back home again this morning.

Went once round the bottom circuit, then straight up the hill - unassisted.
Probably not the fastest ascent on record, but still managed it.

I was going to say what happened to some of the pictures with the horrible yellow marks on them and then realised they are flag poles.
I hope they are something for the pikeys to jump off from.

Ejection Seat Reverse Bungee
They'd be fairly easy to clone out of the plain sky if one was so inclined, but it is a fairly distinctive feature of the showground.

Difficult to see it all in one day, but here's a link to the flickr set of my view of the event on Thursday, including a short video of the three-engine-ascent!

I shall continue to add to this set over the next few days, so please revisit again!
