Confused Help! Weymouth & portland steam show

The Portland steam & vintage show changed venues this year, it now being in Chickerell, near Weymouth as opposed to its home for the last 12 years, on the Isle Of Portland. The Organiser of the show for the last 10 years, retired after this years show, saddling me with trying to organise the 2012 show. Things so fair are going quite well, but due to the fact the show clashes with the much bigger and well established Langport Rally, we are going to struggle to fill are steam section. Are there anyone out there with engines/minature engines who may be willing to come down to Chickerell on 14 & 15 July 2012. We are quite a small event and usually have between 10 to 15 full size engines and about 20 - 30 minatures. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in anticipation

ps What a good idea this site is!!

The first part of our website is now up and running, entry forms are on the downloads page, we have plenty of room in each section so if you like to come down to the jurasic coast you will be sure of a great weekend and a very old fahioned rally. www.theportlandsteamshow.co.uk
