I was contemplating attending this event, now I know you will be there Brian with Jane, I think we'll finally get the chance to meet. More than likely be Sunday unless I come up on my own whilst my wife is on her spa day on Saturday.

Will be there on Sunday only as we will be travelling back from Cornwall on Saturday. Hope to see you there.

Paul

Sorry we did not meet, we did come back after getting a bollocking for moving get without an escort. One hi-vis walked us back to our spot at the side of the runway. My wife and I had gone for a wander early doors.

Might be going to Blackpool if it's on your plans to attend.

Cheers

Brian

Didn't consider it to be good value at £14.00. There wasn't enough stuff there to justify the price, take away the Sunday market and you were left with a very mediocre event worth about 8 to 10 pounds entrance fee.

Shame its such a high admission price. I went the other year as a visitor and was shocked. This year its £14 Adult, whereas Welland, which is a hell of a bigger show with probably 3x times the Exhibits is only £12.

That depends on your circumstance Graham. Me going to Cumbria with a wife and 3 high school aged children would cost £28 where as the same family going into Welland would be £54.

That put me off probably attending Cumbria, still contemplating whether to go down to Welland instead.

Hell of a distance but thoroughly enjoyed it last year

You've also got to consider the distance.
From Preston, Welland is 142miles
To Cumbria, 50miles, its a big difference!
