Stotfold Working Weekend 2023
Paul Gilbey's report is now available through:
https://www.internationalsteam.co.uk.../ukindex23.htm That makes 27 events covered on my site in 2023, 14 reports from Paul, 12 from me and 1 from Rod Smith. If there was a 'rally of the year award' I would give it to Welland with 100+ engines and with the exception of access on the Saturday a near perfect execution. That may be unfair on Weeting and Shrewsbury which I missed, but which I intend to visit next year. Any other candidates?

No, you're spot on Rob - It's a shame that I decided not to attend Wellend myself, knowing what I know now. Like most people, the fate of Great Dorset is still being eagerly awaited. But regardless of the final confirmation, I'm going to try my best to make better desions when choosing which Steam Rallies to attend and which ones to not bother with, next year
