I learnt a lot from speaking with the engine men present. It's a great site.

I attended this event and It was fantastic. Thanks to all involved in organising and making it happen, Joe, Vicky, all the NTET folks (sorry don't know all of your names), the instructors, engine owners and of course the Davis family for using their grounds. There are more involved and you know who you are.

Look forward to doing another course in the future.

Jeff

Thanks specifically to the two drivers that helped answer all my questions on Angelina the Aveling Roller and Peddler the Wallis Expansion engine. Thanks for sparing your time to help all of us students.

I too was at the weekend and would agree with the others that it was superbly organised - even the rain held of.

I learnt such a lot and will be along next year for the intermediate level.

It was a great weekend, even if it was a bit nerve-wracking looking after someone else's engine for the whole weekend for the first time. All the students we had were very interested, enthusiastic, and careful which made my weekend. Being on the engine didn't give much time for photography but here are a few that I took:-
