Progress was in steam awaiting the low loader when the decision was made by the owners that due to the conditions on the site it would not be going to Dorset. I am now led to believe that Progress will be at Bedford.

I'm not sure that a decision has been made. As far as I am aware enquiries were going to be made this week as to whether it could go there. Failing that its first public outing may be Hungerford Victorian Night on Friday 12th December.
