A really good rally.
We had problems with leaking tubes after a long pull up Bransby Bank (1 in 6) with the drum behind and so did not arrive until Saturday p.m. However everyone was very helpful and we had a great time despite being knakered after the drive up there.
Thanks to everyone.

I think I was leaving just as you arrived , I could just see an engine with thrashing drum making it's way up the road to the field , wish I had waited 30 mins longer .
Really good show this year

Agree with all comments so far, really lucky with the weather as the roads were very wet by the time we got to Stokesly, and today would have been very wet.

Well done to Mick GB and the team for organising a very enjoyable weekend.

To be fair it doesn't look as bright as that in real life.

That Bonnie appealed to me. There was something about it compared to other Rollers

Some time ago there was a debate in Steaming about the colour of this engine. Northumberland County Council did go through a phase of painting their plant Blue. This may not be the correct shade, but the engine was Blue when in NCC ownership according to folklore anyway........ I know Weidner will disagree....
