David, did you take a photograph of "The Big Engine" banner in the NTET marquee?

I am putting together a new portfolio of my artwork and would like to include details of how the NTET came to publish prints of my drawing of the Duke of York. A photograph of the banner would look really good alongside the story of the creation of the artwork. Also, I want to communicate the message of how significant the reaction to the picture has been, in relation to living with a long term illness.

A number of people in the NHS who help me have said I should put my story in writing. This is not for my benefit but in the hope that anyone newly diagnosed with an illness can see it does not mean the future is bleak - with the right attitude goals can still be achieved.

For the record; I have lots of new drawings on the go, all featuring steam on the road and in agriculture. I will post threads on some if not all of them here on T-T as they become finished.

Michael

Hi Iain - I have these pictures from last year. I have a similar water cart in pieces in the shed that I'm rebuilding.
