It was nice to see David Williams's newly restored Plougher out for the first time.

Thanks Hedd

Engine and crew all behaved well over the weekend. Was great to finally get the engine to a rally, Cant wait for Much Marcle in two weeks, will have the pair togeather for the first time working in I think about 30 years.

Must say a big Thanks to Richard Eastwood and Robin Webb who put the engine togeather mostly with me and any one that has helped in some way of TT, Been good to have this forum to weatch threads and learn how some things are done by others whilst we where rebuilding.

Many Thanks

David and family

I was there Sunday and indeed a nice engine, from what I hear it may have a miniature to keep it company before long!

Was that your saw bench as well in the working area?

As you can see from photo we have named that BB1 No 15332 'Johnny' after our two year old boy and BB1 15333 is called 'charlie' after our one year old.

But you are right Dave we do have a 2in model that might have to come out soon, as the boys are already showing an interest in riding on the models you boyz bring to rallys. Would look good with a 12 to foot BB1 on lowloder and a 2 to foot BB1 chained on the neck. Hope they dont want one each as the full size!!

Also was our saw bench was cutting well, so well we put a new set of teeth in the blade.

all in all a very good show

Here is another pic of the other side of David's 1919 BB1 No.15332 in the ring. First outing for almost 20 years - after 20 months of re-building following major boiler works. Delivered new to G.E. Marsh of Flawborough, Notts., his nameplates are now attached to both engines. 15332 will be in action at Much Marcle with its sister engine 15333.
