i heard Sentinel S4 8957 is going from its base 2 miles away.

The Aveling will be there and is there already! Lots of engines already on site, plus a set of gallopers that went up on Sunday.

Can someone tell me more about this event, looked through OG events guide and can't see it.

It is a gathering of mostly traction engines normally about 20+, plus a few tractors, commercials, etc. Most of the engines attending then road in to the steam fair the following day. The pub is about 10-15 miles south of the site on the road from Ringwood/Three Legged Cross to Horton.

Is that the S4 that was mentioned in OG a few years ago? And the owner had a really nice workshop with a thatched roof? Ive never heard a word about it since! Will it be at Dorset?

Also ill try and pop up somewhen, when im not busy following Horsham Traction!
