On the 16 & 17 August the Museum provides a fitting backdrop to all the hustle and bustle of our Steam Festival, where steam engines will demonstrate the type of work around the site, for which they were originally designed. The two days will be packed with exhibits, demonstrations and displays showing how steam power was used for industry, agriculture, road, rail and even shipping.
