I first attended this event back in 2009 with my best friend as a result of unexpectedly winning two tickets in a competition on the Old Glory Magazine website. The weather was horrible when we went and during that time, it was held at Kemble Airfield.
After 8 years absence and having to miss the Weeting Rally because of expecting guests, I decided to make a return. The Extravaganza is now held at South Cerney (pronounced sir-nee) Airfield which is much bigger. The weather was sunny with a few brief showers. I counted and took photos of 59 full size engines on-site (excluding the 2 ugly diesel-converted Ploughing Engines)
