I have some new old stock winson/model works Ruston proctor kits for sale.

3 x rear wheel kits inc spokes hubs rims etc
Cylinder no holes in saddle everything looks to be done all bolts gaskets etc 1x clupet ring is broken
Trunk guide
Pressure gauge
All gearing diff and winding drum
2 complete tender kits

I have a scratch built 4" proctor, sizes look ok if you were building one and wanted to reduce the amount of work.
