2nd Lion Salt Works Transport Festival
Just to let everyone know that the Lion Salt Works Museum (Northwich, Cheshire) are going to be holding the second transport festival on the weekend of June 10th & 11th.
Apart from miniature steam, they would like a few full size steam along with some commercial vehicles of all ages and working type narrow boats.
The museum is a restored Victorian open pan salt works that closed back in the mid 1980's, it has undergone a major restoration and is now the home of the salt museum for Cheshire, situated along side the Trent & Mersey canal.
