10 ton single cylinder slide valve Aveling and Porter steam roller.
Works number 9139.
Built in 1920.
This roller was the last steam roller working in Staffordshire County councils fleet and has never left the county.
A good solid engine, 4 years left on the hydraulic, recently overhauled in the motion, this roller is ready for the season having past it's steam test this week.
