Blimey, talk about a lowering of standards: The
Road Locomotive Society holding their AGM at a steam
railway - I'm suprised half the membership didn't boycott it in protest!
Whatever next? ...a lowering of their high membership eligibility requirements?!
More seriously, bearing in mind all the hype and fuss surrounding the thing, and the fact it's been running just 20 miles down the road for the last 2 weeks, I haven't seen it yet! Tch, perhaps I'm becoming too assimilated into road steam?!
Seems tomorrow it's leaving 'The Valley to work a mainline charter from Gloucester to London.
Oh well, too late now!
