Leyburn 1940's weekend
This weekend 22nd and 23rd July is the 10th annual Leyburn 1940's weekend. Always a very enjoyable event with a great atmosphere in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Usually 4 or 5 engines in attendance, including our own Fowler tar-sprayer and living van,back in the town that they were based for much of their working lives,as well as a varied assortment of cars, trucks, military and whatever else turns up. There is a website and facebook page for the event, neither of which I have a clue about posting a link to.
