You could not be more wrong a CE approved boiler will now have so much paperwork with it that in some instances my boilers are supplied with as much as 70 pages depending up on the materials certificates.
The CE approval standards we have to work to ie The Pressure Equipment Directive EC97/23 (originally enforce in May 2002) and the latest 2014/68/EU both state that all Certificates must be kept for a minimum period of 10 years.
I have boxes and boxes of records I have to keep.
