3inch scale part built burrell
 
We have for sale a part built 3 inch scale burrell traction engine to Plastow design,it has a nicely made copper boiler, complete front end, part machined cylinder block, way shaft bracket, machined crank shaft, machined fly wheel, crank shaft bearing housings, water pump casting, governer base casting, front wheels and axel and perch bracket complete and finished, ally rear wheel rims and wheel hubs and large selection of castings for drive gears. steering wheel and reverseing lever.

Pictures of engine are available on request.

Sorry there is no drawings but these can be easily obtained, grab yourself a bargin! to buy the boiler alone it is around £3,000 and a 12 month waiting list!

£2800.00 ono.

Hi it is a 3 inch scale Plastow single cylinder agricultural 2 speed traction engine, drawings and castings to finish this engine are still available from Bridport Foundry.

We can not find any paperwork for the biolier, but it looks to be professional made and we have no concerns that there would be any problems with a boiler test, it was bought to complete for our boys but due to other commitments and space it has to go along with some other engines.
