Joe's Vintage Rally, Easter Compton
Just got back from a visit to this friendly small event, lots of interest across all aspects of "vintage", but highlight for me was this splendid "working clothes" Burrell SCC TE, Number 3737.

'Arthur Ashmole' was my highlight. Plenty more pics on my Facebook.

Had a vey good afternoon - great to see all the effort that had been put in and enjoyed the informal feel of the event - and a real good mix of exhibits tucked away to discover as well.

Highlight for me was the road run on Saturday, the "FOX" at 4.30pm. Pub did not open until 6pm, so local shop came in handy, 40 empty can's later, as door open open the engines left......Cheers Lads..
Sorry about photo's I did not get a chance to take any until late Sunday. http://s797.photobucket.com/albums/y.../joes%20rally/ |
