Sewards of Petersfield Gathering Postponed
 

EVENT POSTPONED:

It has been a difficult decision to make, having looked at every weather forecast we can find and repeatedly checking the field for the show, it is with much regret that we have to announce the postponement of the Sewards of Petersfield Steam and Vintage Vehicle Gathering and Road Run.

Quite simply the field is too wet for vehicles to move onto, and even if we did manage to get the show setup, the public car park would be a mud bath in no time.

Please accept our apologies as we know only too well what a disappointment this will be as we have missed out on shows ourselves this year due to the dire weather.

The new date for the show is the 29th and 30th September 2012. We hope you will be able to join us then. Please would you send us an email or call us to let us know whether you can join us in September or not.

We have sent emails to those exhibitors for whom we have email addresses. We will phone everyone else over the next 24 hours. If you haven’t heard from us by Wednesday please don’t hesitate to contact us.
