I have one I built for displays I have not used in a while, based on a car wheel rim and a hand cranked blower I bought in India.
Probably works around 12mm sq. well more if you dont mind waiting. £150
Or build your own with a petrol leaf blower or old vacuum cleaner reversed. If you need a diagram of how to make the Tuyere message me.

Jumping castle blowers are perfect for air supply for forges.
Plough disc or truck brake drum make great forges
Unless you want something more "traditional"

Hi John

Just seen this on eBay - much closer than Kent. An ex-military portable forge with hand operated blower.

Item number 292276568093

Quite close to me - happy to pick it up for you, if you were to buy it.

Cheers Carl.

Thanks Richard and Woody and Carl.

I thought about making a brake drum forge but I have lots of other projects on the go including building a new shed and completing the restoration of Burrell 3686.

I have to go to see one tomorrow if no good I might make an offer on the one on ebay.

Got a small one with electric blower if you are interested, what are your plans with it as it would not been any good for large pieces of work, similar size to the one listed above
