Trevithick Day 26-27th April
 
TREVITHICK DAY 2008 26th & 27th April - FREE ENTRY TO ALL-

Just to advise you all that the 2008 Trevithick Day celebrations mark the 25th anniversarry of the event.

We will be including within our enlarged line up of engines, the Bodmin & Wenford Railway Prarie steam locomotive, in steam, in the middle of our traction engine line up in Bassett Street.

Also exhibiting will be the Trevithick replicas, including the Hancock carriage, hopefull carring passengers within the town of Camborne.

The Trevithick Society will also be staging an under cover exhibition of his life and works.

On Sunday 27th we will be holding our road run, open to all engine exhibitors. The run will pass through the streets of Camborne and on up over the infamous steep towards Four Lanes and on through the soon to be "World Heritage" mining country.
