Living Van Wheel

Would anyone have a wheel similar to the attached but 5 stud 3 1//4" centres. 600x16 tyre on a 17" rim.

Please could you enlighten me? I am struggling to see how you get a 16 inch tyre onto a 17 inch rim.

The tyre in the photo appears to be a 4.50-17.

You measure the rim from the inside edge of the flange giving about 16''. If you measure the full wheel diameter from edge to edge it will be about 17''.
