Bristol Steam club - February Meeting
 

Greetings everybody,

We would firstly like to apologies for the lack of communication over the Christmas period, but we are now pleased to confirm the details for February's meeting as follows:

- Monday 11th - the second Monday of the month, which as agreed in the last meeting shall be our regular slot from now on.
- 7.30-ish arrival time for 8pm meeting start
- The new location is the Inn On The Green pub on the A38 Filton Road, opposite Horfield Sports Centre. The postcode is BS7 0PA and the pub has a large free carpark. It is also 30 seconds walk from bus stops for north and southbound routes to the sports centre or Filton.


To kick off the first in a series of presentations covering a broad spectrum of steam related topics, club member Matt will conduct a short slideshow on his steam engine.
We would also like to invite ideas and articles to be aired at this meeting for content submission in the first of our quarterly newsletters.

Hi, I am afraid that your club is just a little too far away from me to become a member. However, I wish you well with your new venture and I hope that you have a long and successful existence.

Dear all,

If anyone has a digital projector, capable of displaying from a laptop, that they could bring to tonight's club meeting we would be eternally grateful, our current plan having fallen through at the last minute.

Alternatively, if anyone is passing through the City Centre or Redfield and can pick up a TV, that would also be an enormous help.
