STEC's Taunton New Year's Day Road Run
 

The run is on as usual, Jan 1st 2008. Meet at Taunton Market Car park in Priory Bridge Road. Run starts at 11.30. Two routes, short one through town, long one out to Wookey Hole where participants and STEC members will have special prices for entry and in the restaurant. Anyone on here going and what are you taking???

Always a good day out, with a varied selection of exhibits. The run to Wookey Hole Caves should provide some good photo opportunaties along the Zummerset lanes for the 'David Baileys'.

We will be there with our 80'' Land Rover, nursing a bad head no doubt.

We're coming!
All 150 miles with the 3" Crane engine! Never been before (never even been to your end of the country before) so it should be quite an adventure.
If anyone knows of a spare garage to put the Fowler in over night, an a field to put the tent up on we'd be very greatfull! Send me a Pm please

I'm afraid we cant make it. Its just not safe to come all that way an have no where secure to put the engine.
