Advertising on behalf of a friend. Here we have a pair of heavy duty wheels. The centres are thought to be from either a Fowler or Mclaren road locomotive and were made into what you see for a trailer for moving houses in New Zealand. Apparently they are definitely Fowler front wheel hubs.
