Why is it some rallies have engines moving about and some have them confined to their peg?

I wouldnt say that nothing moves at Lincoln, just not allowed to use the permanent road ways, as far as im aware this is a ruling laid down by the showground owners.

Think we be going sunday taking young sam for his first steam injection be his first birthday in three weeks
