60 degree countersink

Hi
Anyone know where I can get a 60 degree countersink
The bolts I have for the spokes in the hubs have a shallower angle than usual
Thanks

If you cant get hold of one it might be worth getting a standard counter sink and getting a tool sharpening company to regrind it to the needed angle.

Hi Andrew,

nothing special about those, any decent tool shop should be able to sell you one for a fiver :)

Otherwise you can buy them online anywhere, for ex here :

Andy, are they imperial screws - bsf, bsw ? If so, the countersink will be 82 degrees, not 60 degrees.

I am not aware of any general purpose screws that have a 60 degree head.

Just a thought.

Cheers Carl.

Countersunk rivets often have a 60 deg countersink.
