Stoke Goldington Steam Rally - Cancelled
 

I see from the Stoke Goldington Rally Website that they have cancelled the 2013 Rally which was to be held on the 11th & 12th May ( http://www.stokegoldington-steamrally.co.uk/ ). We heard rumours over the Easter weekend, but it has now been confirmed officially. Is this the first casualty of the coming seasons rallies? :( :(

Following the death last year of the chap who owned the farm whose entrance/exit roads we used, this years event was always going to be the last one.

However, this is the second cancellataion this year for me, after the demise of the Easter Sunday gathering at Old Warden.

Still Spring is nearly here .........
