Around Nantwich, Cheshire, next weekend?

South Cheshire Model Engineering Society will be holding their annual Open Day this year on Saturday, 10th September.

There will be both Steam and Electric Train rides, an exhibition of model items including progress to date on my 6" Burrell, plus my 4" Mac in steam.
The Society Clubhouse and Railway Track is situated behind the carpark of the Peacock Hotel at Willaston, Nantwich, CW5 6NE

Open from 11am until 5pm and free entry!
Refreshments available.

Popped in at lunchtime today, was nice to see Les steaming around, and lots of other interesting things going on, glad I got time for a look, all be it a quick one.

I was pleasantly surprised how busy it was, loads and loads of happy children, and more than a couple of happy parents. Lol
