Preparations under way for the 50th rally book it in your diary it's going to be good

Where going to have another 50th (years of waiting). for when you finish the burrell and the sentinel

all being well be there next year, just to see Chris admit he is nearly an OAP, I joined the club this year and its painless Chris!!!

That's a bit nasty can't be 50 years since he started sentinel I remember smokey

ha bloody ha Nigel,,,, in 56 next and it was 1991 when i took Smokey to Masham as ive still got the rosett, think i even got the Sentinel cup that year, lol.

Old Peculiar from The Lion Inn on top of Blakey Ridge was my tipple every Saturday night when I was younger. A good old drop of Theakstones and also in the Bear when we used to go to Masham Rally.

Wish you all the Masham, it is also the 50th anniversary of Astle Park, so celebrations either side of the big hill.

Have been talking to Peter today tiny 40 booked there was a small piece in og last month about what was going

Yes 40 engines booked in some rarely seen not telling but you won't be disappointed also coming is repulse standing next to murphys dogems for the first time in 70years. Roger dibnah is bringing betsy general gough and lighting I I in the showmans line up Live music and showmans engines will make a great Saturday night at the beer tent Plenty theakston's

Looking forward to seeing repulse with the dodgems ironic that they used to visit masham in there working days

Excellent event. Terrific selection of engines, a dozen I hadn't seen before (being based on the South Coast).

Went today very good lots of engines I had not seen before will post photos

had a champion day, seeing friends I hadn't seen for a while

Set off early yesterday from Bedfordshire to visit having heard good things about Masham rally and pleased to say we weren't disappointed. Great rally, good atmosphere, some new engines we hadn't seen, topped off with some new Theakstons beers (new to me anyway) and the road run in to the market square. Thanks to all involved (if they're on here). When I can work out how, I'll post some photos.:)

Having helped road an engine up to the rally on the Friday, and then spent all of Saturday at the event, I can genuinely say this was one of the most enjoyable rallies I have attended for some time. Excellent selection of engines, great setting, and a really excellent road run into a packed Masham centre on the Saturday evening. Great show - well done to everyone involved.
