Yes, but worth the entrance fee alone !;)

Broken Firebar 18th August 2010 09:46 PM

Plans for the rally include a Steam 'Playpen'.

We have a number of trailers to play with, and possibly some timber loading.

Should be good!

Andy

It will be at the end of the engine line, on the slope at the roller end.

The site has had a bit of a re-jig so it will be interesting to see how it works.

Tony

AndynMags 18th August 2010 10:06 PM

Sounds great cant wait to be there

Snail Trail 24th August 2010 11:52 AM

I will be taking the Tar Pot over tommorow, to be a playpen toy.

The other game, guess the weight of the trailer.....

Might head over with "The Lion Pen" tomorrow, not sure it will be much use in the playpen though ! Now as for that trailer " Let me think "

davidje 24th August 2010 03:42 PM

We will be there unless it is a total wash out.

We had a geat time last year. Plenty going on, not just stationary exhibits.

Not expecting a total wash out are you ?, I've given up listening to all the weather forecasts now... it's safer to wait and see what you get. :D

Just take your wellies and brolly with you then the weather knows you've beaten it. :p

Cheers

I am a country boy and agree with Mr Wainwright that there is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing. However my wife is of a more delicate disposition, being raised in a town. Since no man is an island, one has to consider others opinions on this matter. If it is a total wash out then there is a chance that one might not be in attendance.

See you on Sunday :):)
